The JOA Jewel Suite creates integrated models and reservoir simulations of complicated geological formations. This provides an enormous advantage to oil and gas firms who, as demand and per-barrel-price for petroleum raise, are exploring oil fields that have been previously dismissed or considered un-economic due to their geologic complexities.

This joint-venture with JOA comes on the heels of another exciting development for The Portable Cluster. Nor-Tech is now offering a fully-sealed, internally cooled model of the Portable Cluster, enabled by SprayCool technology. The ability to operate the Portable Cluster in its own sealed and cooled housing while protecting it from extremely harsh environments will be of particular interest to the Oil & Gas Industry.

Ushering in a new era of onsite, high-performance computing, Portable Clusters by Nor-Tech are highly ruggedized and extremely mobile. The mobile supercomputers run cool, save energy and are able to operate up to 128 compute cores on two 120VAC 20-amp circuits.
