In conjunction with our mission to build the easiest to deploy clusters on the market today, we are the only HPC cluster builder to offer an in-person test-drive to all cluster clients prior to delivery. In other words—even easier to deploy. Clients have come from as far away as Saudi Arabia to take us up on this offer.
During the run through, our engineering team provides training, which includes teaching you how to manage and administer the cluster. This ensures that you are completely comfortable with the cluster by the time you leave our facility.
The process will also introduce you to the support staff and reassure you that you are getting the cluster configured the way you want it. In fact, it’s likely that one or more of the engineers that provide training are also part of the team that built the cluster. Nor-Tech’s engineers average more than 20 years of experience with high performance computing.
